About CNEX AI

We build software with the intelligence designed in rather than added afterwards, for businesses that need it to fit how they already work.

What we do

We are an engineering company. We design, build, deploy, and hand over software systems — AI agents, workflow automation, business platforms, and the web and mobile applications around them.

We are not a consultancy that subcontracts the build, and we are not a reseller putting a layer over someone else’s platform. The people who design the architecture are the people who write the code.

How we work

The process first

We start from the decision being made and who makes it, not from the technology. Often the answer is not a model at all, and we say so.

Written before built

Architecture, failure modes, and the reasoning behind each decision are written down before implementation starts.

Failure modes designed

What happens when an API is down, a document is malformed, or a model is wrong. That is most of the engineering.

Handover, not lock-in

You own the code. Documentation is written so another competent team could take it over.

What we will tell you

The most useful thing we can say to some clients is that the project they came for is not worth doing. That answer is cheap now and expensive in month four.

We will tell you when a spreadsheet is the right answer, when an off-the-shelf product fits better than a build, and when your data is not ready for what you want to do with it.

What we have not put on this page

There are no client logos, project counts, percentage improvements, or testimonials here. Not because there is nothing to say, but because nothing has been verified to a standard we are willing to publish.

When those exist and are checkable, they will appear with enough detail to be checked.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

  • How big is the team?

We have not published a headcount, and we would rather say that than round one up. Ask during scoping and you will get a straight answer about who would be on your project.

  • Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. Pakistan Standard Time overlaps the working day in the Gulf, Europe, and the UK, and the morning in North America. Most of our written communication is asynchronous regardless.

  • What happens to the code when the project ends?

You own it. Repository access, documentation, and infrastructure credentials are part of handover rather than something to negotiate afterwards.
